Our client is a Series B–stage, VC-backed product company building software used by engineers working with large-scale visual data.

They are hiring a Senior Full Stack Front-End- leaning software engineer who enjoys building complex user-facing systems, collaborating closely with teammates, and shipping production-quality software.

This is a fully remote role within North America. It is not an entry-level position, not a big-company maintenance role, and not an AI/ML research position. Engineers in this role are expected to build, own, and scale meaningful product features in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment.

This opportunity is best suited for engineers who have worked in small, scrappy teams, shipped real products end-to-end, and want direct impact on what they build.

• Design, build, and ship production-ready front-end–leaning features
• Develop and maintain complex user-facing systems using React
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product, and design
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decisions
• Own features end-to-end, from implementation through deployment
• Improve product performance, reliability, and maintainability over time
• Work effectively in an environment with evolving requirements and minimal process

• 5–6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong experience with React using JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade products
• Experience working across the stack, with a front-end focus
• Prior experience in a startup or VC-backed growth-stage environment
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, collaborative setting
• Strong communication skills and a low-ego, team-oriented mindset
• Ability to talk through your thought process while problem-solving
